which players battle computer racers for the best times; Thrash, an
arcade-style trip through some amazing terrain; and the Big Game, which
pits you against rival racing gangs for the championship. The brutal
list of gangs includes the Desades, Dewleys, Kaffe Boys, and the
Techgeists each with different bikes, weapons, and preferred race
grounds. The individualized AI applied to each gang means that they’ll
have unique personalities and tactics, making your job all the more
difficult. Each track features a different soundscape and the game even
includes surround-sound effects to keep you abreast of where your
opponents are via audio. ROAD RASH 3D is as cool as it gets without
adding a fourth dimension.

kill with your trusty sword. Neither for the weak nor the weak of
heart, the game puts its emphasis squarely on gore so much so that
you’ll have to sleep with the lights on for weeks. The lush, 3D
graphics instantly transport you to the dark stretches and passageways
of the evil palace, and the game’s various levels are each
breathtakingly detailed in their own right. D is the sort of hero only
a mother could love, but that doesn’t mean the vicious enemies lurking
behind every corner will have any sympathy. The game is for one player
only, but you might want to invite a friend over anyway to hold your
hand.

Take on the role of a Special Operations Space Marine as you try to
take down the Strogg and save our planet’s population. The Strogg are a
bunch of vicious cyber-warriors, a processed form of humans and

II sends you blasting through 19 levels and six worlds, as you try to
make it out of each military base intact. There will be numerous
environmental hazards including traps, slime, lava, and radiation but
your mission will always be clear, due to the ocular implant you’ve
received. The 10 different weapons you’ll use along your adventure
range from the regular Blaster to the slightly less regular Chain Guns
and Rocket Launchers. Also, keep your eyes peeled for the 14 different
items groups floating around out there from health kits to silencers to
all sorts of power-ups. The game features a Multiplayer mode, as well
as single-player modes like Deathmatch, Frag Team, Flag Wars, and Death
Tag, in which you win the game by carrying the flag the longest. With
unlimited options, groundbreaking graphics, and an unbeatable
storyline, it’s no wonder this one’s already a classic.

Squall Leonhart is a young man, who is in training to become of member
of SeeD - a special fighting unit, the dream of all the young students
in Balamb Garden. Squall's social life can be described as

tongue. But all this starts to change gradually when a lively, charming
young woman enters his life - Rinoa Heartily, the only one who is able
to "reform" him and to evoke his deeply concealed feelings. Together
with her and with his friends Squall fights against a witch which seems
to bring destruction and tyranny to the planet, provoking a war between
two countries. But nobody expected that behind all this lies a much
more sinister and dangerous conspiracy. Squall and his friends
experience a strange phenomenon of spiritually uniting with Laguna
Loire, a simple soldier who seemingly has nothing to do with the
present story of the young people. But only this mysterious connection
will eventually lead to the liberation from the power no one even
suspected to exist.
"Final Fantasy VIII" introduces some new
features, while being based on the turn-based/real time engine which
became the trademark of Final Fantasy since the SNES days. You don't
have the trusty MP gauge; instead, you must draw magic spells from
enemies or "draw points" scattered around the game world and store them
in your inventory. The central place in the gameplay of "Final Fantasy
VIII" take the Guardian Forces, monsters which allow the player not
only to summon them in fight, but to junction magic spells to the
character's abilities, thus enriching the character customization and
providing a flexible role-playing. Another major change was the
graphical transition to realistically proportioned characters, as
opposed to the dominating "super-deformed" style of the Japanese RPGs.

and an Assist Gauge (similiar to King of Fighters 99 Strikers) that
lets you call for the backup character when in trouble. A nice and
simple game, suited for the anime fans.
